The 8 Week rundown
WEEKS 1 & 2
Basics
Week one and two is all about your fitness drills and getting to grips with the basics of boxing. With professional training you will be shown the correct techniques for footwork, stance and shadow boxing

WEEK 3
Hit the bag
By week three we'll have you all kitted out with your equipment. The main focus in these sessions is bag and pad work to step up your training
WEEK 3
Week 4
Light sparring
We look to introduce some light sparring in this week to get you used to a moving opponent!
Week 4
Week 5

We'll step up sparring this week! It's also time to start thinking about the particulars for your fight! Ring entrance music, fight name, potential sponsor logos for your vest.
Week 5
Week 6
Match Up
One of the Premier White Collar Boxing representatives will attend training to speak about event-related matters. During this week we'll also sort out your event related matters and match you up against an opponent with a similar skillset.

Weigh In!
This week is the weigh in, you will also find out what corner you'll be in and who your opponent is! Training will wind down from here.

Fight Night!
The night you have all trained so hard for. FIGHT NIGHT!
