Competitors must have a medical before and after they fight!

• All fighters have to be aged 18+ and must commit to the 8 week program set out by PWCC
• Fighters will wear the gloves and protective head guards supplied by PWCC
• Male competitors are obliged to supply their own compulsory groin protectors
• Referees score bouts and look after the safety of the competitors during the contest.
